Jalapeno Peppers

Greg Cox proudly displays the peppers that are growing in his greenhouses. These jalapeno peppers are carefully planted, watered, and cared for locally in Indiana, where the peppers will then be transplanted to a field nearby for planting. Click on each image for a larger version.

Habanero Peppers

G and G Peppers, LLC is experimenting with growing and processing Habanero Peppers at its Indiana farming facilities. The habanero chile, the hottest of all chile peppers, is traditionally grown in the Carribean and the Yucatan peninsula. From these traditional sources, it is difficult to obtain large volumes of habanero peppers.

We at G and G Peppers are attempting to create a habanero pepper production facility in America's Midwest. Our goal is to be able to provide bulk habanero shipments from our centrally located farms in Indiana.

Below, we have provided some images of our experimental habanero plants from the summer 2005.  If you interested in learning more, please contact us.
