General laborers must follow instructions from supervisors, listen attentively and use communication skills to ask questions and validate an understanding of the task(s) being performed.
This position is responsible for transferring materials from the warehouse to the production area or finished goods from the production area to storage for shipment and the loading \ unloading of all semi-trailers. Duties may be added or changed at any time at the discretion of management.
Quality maintains laboratory utensils and equipment, logs and record books, troubleshoots and resolves problems.The ability to perform standardized tests to determine the physical or chemical properties of the product is a requirement.
The office staff is responsible for screening calls, managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential information may be required.
